Welcome!
My name is Greg, owner and operator of Rock Cedar Saunas.
It’s exciting to see how sauna culture has taken root here on Vancouver Island.
The West Coast is known for its long, damp winters and I thought a mobile sauna would be a fun way to get out, explore the Island and challenge the elements... a cold plunge in an icy river is much easier when there’s a sauna nearby.
It’s been fun getting to share the experience with others and I’m grateful for the support. Sauna culture is growing and I'm honored to play a small part in it.
